We at jmmods believe in the quality of our products to know that you most likely will never need / want to return any of our products. But in a situation it does happen, we will gladly accept the return. Our terms are the following:
- You have 14 days upon receipt of the order, to notify us about a return.
- Custom parts are not returnable.
- Customized Items are not returnable. Like gpu backplates customized with your theme.
- Shipping Costs are not refundable.
- You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, meaning, unused. You must also include all accessories related to that item.
- You pay shipping costs back to us.
